Archaeologists carefully clear sand from the remains of what is believed to be a wrecked wooden ship at Naval Air Station (NAS) Pensacola, Florida (FLA). The archaeologists are conducting a phase II archaeological survey on behalf of the Navy to determine if the remains are historically significant and whether they will be eligible for the National Historic Register
