Summary
Soldiers from the 177th Armored Brigade, Camp Shelby Joint Forces Training Center, Camp Shelby, Miss., perform the power skip as part of the new Army Physical Readiness Program. The new program was designed so soldiers can meet the physical demands in a combat environment.
