Army to implement 60-day window for Soldiers to provide supporting documents for BAH rates

description

Summary

The Army will soon begin requiring all Soldiers, regardless of component or status, to provide documentation proving they are eligible for the Basic Allowance for Housing with-dependent rate. At the release of an All-Army Activities memo, or ALARACT, scheduled for later this calendar year, Soldiers will have 60 days to upload proof of the extra entitlements into their iPerms file, or risk losing the extra money.
