An Iraqi orderly accepts a box of medical supplies from US Army (USA) Sergeant (SGT) Sabrina Bannister, Army Space Command (ARSPACE). The supplies were given to the Umm Qasr Hospital, and delivered by members of the 1ST Marine Expeditionary Force (I MEF), 3rd Civil Affairs Group (3 CAG), who are here in support of Operation IRAQI FREEDOM
