Members of the 166th Airlift Wing of E-6 rank attended the Delaware Air National Guard TSgt Symposium held from Mar. 6-7 2017 at the Bethany Beach Training Site. The symposium focused on career progression, leadership concepts, and professionalism. Col. David Walker, assistant adjutant general – Air, Delaware National Guard; DANG leadership, including, Col. Robert Culcasi, commander, 166th Airlift Wing, Chief Master Sgt. Shane Peters, command chief, 166th Airlift Wing, and Senior Master Sgt.
