US COAST GUARD Boom Training, HONOLULU, HAWAII
Summary
HONOLULU - U.S. Coast Guard Petty Officer 1st Class Trevor Moser, from Sector Honolulu's Incident Management Division, sets a 'T' post in the seafloor during a boom deployment exercise in Keehi Lagoon, Aug. 20, 2010.
Without the post in place, the boom will rest against the shoreline causing oil containment to be less effective.
