Krulak, 31st Commandant of the Marine Corps, addresses the Officers' Club at Kaneohe Bay, Marine Corps Base Hawaii, on May 26,1999, shortly after recieving a gift from Marine Forces Pacific Commanding General, Lieutenant General Carlton Fulford. The gift included memorable pictures from the General's career as a Marine including a photograph taken at the Naval Academy where his first tour as a Marine would begin
