ATLANTIC OCEAN - Chief Petty Officer Frank Brown, a boatswain's mate, bellows a command during sail stations aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Eagle departing Portland, Maine, for Newport, R.I., Monday, July 30, 2012. A permanent crew of eight officers and 50 enlisted personnel guide the cadets through an underway schedule and in-port training schedule, dedicated to learning the skills of navigation, damage control, watchstanding, engineering and deck seamanship.
