Charlton County, GA, May 17, 2007 -- Local firefighters fill their trucks with water from the Okefenokee Swamp before heading out to fight the Big Turnaround Fire. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security?s Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has authorized four Fire Management Assistance Grants between April 18 and May 10, 2007, to help Georgia fight fires in four counties.
