Civil Air Patrol Lt. Col. Anthony Ferrara of the Wheeler Composite Squadron, Hawaii Wing, moves a Cessna single engine aircraft into a secure hanger Aug. 23, 2018, at Joint Base Pearl Harbor–Hickam, Hawaii, in preparation for Hurricane Lane. Hawaii Wing aircrews flew over the islands of Maui, Lanai, Kahoolawe, Molokai and Hawaii, Wednesday, to provide warnings along the coastline and carry out other tasks as Hurricane Lane continued approaching the area.
