Civil Air Patrol Lt. Col. Anthony Ferrara of the Wheeler Composite Squadron, Hawaii Wing, moves a Cessna single engine aircraft into a secure hanger Aug. 23, 2018, at Joint Base Pearl Harbor–Hickam, Hawaii, in preparation for Hurricane Lane.
