FREETOWN, Sierra Leone--A representative from the Sierra Leone government asks a question to U.S. Navy Lt. j.g. Melisa Hough, from the Navy's Sixth Fleet Command, during a tabletop exercise held in preparation for the African Maritime Law Enforcement Partnership mission in Murray Town, Sierra Leone, June 21, 2011.

In support of the international initiative of APS, the Coast Guard Cutter Forward crew, who participated in the table top exercise, will offer real-world expertise in law enforcement, environmental stewardship, maritime awareness, search and rescue operations, damage control response, seamanship, medical readiness, and navigation.
