[Hurricane Dolly] Brownsville,TX, July 27, 2008 -- Two dozen bottles of water are tossed from one Guardsman to another to speed the delivery to awaiting residents, as they drive through a point of distribution center following Hurricane Dolly. The state of Texas provided more than 142 trucks caring two million four hundred thousand ( 2,400,000) bottles of water and 4,760 pounds of ice immediately to residents in need following Hurricane Dolly.
