Command Sgt. Maj. Ted Copeland, command sergeant major of the U.S. Army Reserve, records a social media message to the troops after completing a practice Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) at Fort Eustis, Virginia, Oct. 25, 2019, during the Army Reserve Senior Enlisted Council.
