Dr. Navid Rahmani, left, a combat physician assistant course faculty training assistant, gives instructions to 53 Afghan National Security Force students of the course before they take a knowledge test at a Kandahar Regional Military Hospital classroom in southern Afghanistan, April 23, 2012. This is the first time the 64-week course is being taught at the KRMH. Students graduating from the course will perform as medical advisers in a hospital, clinic or field setting.
