Elizabeth Davis, the widow of U.S. Marine Corps 1st Lt. Matthew Davis, addresses Marines during a town hall meeting Feb. 12 at Conmy Hall on the Fort Myer portion of Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall. Davis, a 30-year-old Marine and father, was killed by a drunk driver in November, 2014, at Camp Pendleton, Calif. Marine Corps Commandant Gen.
