Family members of U.S. personnel lost during the Korean and Cold Wars participate in a wreath laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Virginia, Aug. 8, 2018. The event was held in conjunction with the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency's (DPAA) Korean and Cold War Annual Government Briefings.
