Summary
Former 1st Lt. Clayton A. Nattier, a veteran bomber pilot who was held as a prisoner of war during World War II, speaks to retired Brig. Gen. Pat Quisenberry, evaluations branch chief, during his visit to the Air Reserve Personnel Center April 17, 2015, on Buckley Air Force Base, Colo. Along with Quisenberry, other members from the ARPC recognition service team who assisted Nattier are: Jacqueline Bing, sustainment division chief, Master Sgt. Jeremy Bohn, pre-trained individual manpower division chief, and Master Sgt. Richard Grybos, NCO in charge of training and development. Nattier worked in conjunction with retired Lt. Col. Kathryn Wirkus, a constituent service representative from U.S. representative Ed Perlmutter’s staff, to attain his POW Medal. A formal presentation to award the POW Medal to Nattier is currently being planned by U.S. representative Ed Perlmutter’s office.
