Summary

Honor Guard sailors present the colors during the national anthem at the beginning of a Black History Month ceremony held in the hangar bay on board the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). Since 1976, February has been annually celebrated in North America as Black History Month. The Ronald Reagan Strike Group is currently underway continuing training before deploying to the Western Pacific and Central Command areas of operation.
