Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class Billy Porter, assigned to Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit (EODMU) 5, applies a tourniquet on a patient during a tactical combat casualty care exercise on Naval Base Guam, April 6, 2018.
