[Hurricane Katrina] New Orleans, LA, February 20, 2006 - Press Secretary of Public Affairs for Gulf Coast Recovery, Captain Jim McPherson informs an audience of hurricane victims housed on the Carnival Cruise Ship Ecstasy that the ship will depart on March 1, 2006 and alternate housing accomodations will need to be made. FEMA's Community Relations Team was also in attendence of this meeting and has assigned one FEMA representative to each family to assist in finding other housing for the ship's temporary residents.
