Medium shot, side view, dedication ceremonies were held at Travis Air Force Base, California, on March 12, 1999, to commemorate The Enlisted Oath Wall in honor of Year of the Enlisted Force 1998. Construction began at the corner of Travis Blvd. and Burgan St. in October of 1998 and was completed in late February 1999.
