Summary
BATH, Maine (Mar. 18, 2005)--The Coast Guard Cutter Tackle breaks ice on the Kennebec River near Bath, Maine today for flood relief. Melting snow drains into the ice-choked river, threatening to flood towns from Gardiner, Maine, to Bath, Maine.
