In this image released by the Texas Military Forces, members of the Joint Counterdrug Task Force visit with school children in Harlingen, Texas, Aug. 31, 2011. The program's purpose is to use the National Guard's resources to help create the best opportunity for America's youth to make the decision to be drug-free. Members of the program work together with the local law enforcement officials and communities, to educate the children about the pitfalls of drug use, thus reducing regional illegal drug consumption.
