Japan Air Self-Defense Force members from the Komatsu
Summary
Japan Air Self-Defense Force members from the Komatsu Air Rescue Squadron conducted a helicopter air-to-air refueling with using a night vision goggle (NVG) above the Sea of Japan, June 19, 2017, during Exercise Teck Jet. This is the first time that members of the 353rd SOG held HAAR training at night with JASDF members in Honshu Island in Japan. Exercise Teak Jet is a joint combined exchange training (JCET) focused on improving interoperability between U.S. Air Force and Japan Air Self-Defense Force. (U.S. Air Force photo by Yasuo Osakabe)
