Summary

The Department of Health Affairs launched a new patient satisfaction survey across the DoD called JOES, or the Joint Outpatient Experience Survey. This outpatient survey combines and standardizes the previous surveys used by the Army, Navy and Air Force, including APLSS and TROSS. (Graphic courtesy U.S. Army/Released)
