Jonathan Lucan, APTIM Corp. electrician, conducts the fusing of the ground wire and rod for installation preparation, which is used to channel away the static charges to prevent potential hazards or incidents during the construction for fuel tanks 13 and 15 at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, Dec. 3, 2020. During the construction on the above-ground tanks, they repaired roofs, installed aluminum stairways and handrails, and replaced interior and exterior coatings. Meanwhile, the repairs of each of the four hydrant tanks will restore 1,680,000 gallons of fuel storage capacity for aircraft refueling operations.
