Douglas Perry, Commander, Submarine Group 9, and a prior crew member of the Los Angeles-class fast-attack submarine USS Pittsburgh (SSN 720) delivers remarks during the boat's inactivation ceremony at the U.S. Naval Undersea Museum in Keyport, Washington, Jan. 17.
