The center, located at the Main Gate to Fort Hood, Texas, serves visitors to the post 24 hours a day. Marvin Leath represented the 11th Congressional District of the U.S. House of Representatives from 1979-1991. During his time in office, he helped secure nearly $1 billion in funding for Fort Hood. Mr. Leath also served as a member of the House Budget Committee and Armed Services Committee.
