Robinson shakes hands with the Director of the Hokkaido Defense Bureau Local Head Quarters, and the Commanding Officer from the Japanese Ground Self Defense Force Artillery Support Unit, after the signing of the memorandum agreement for Artillery Relocation Training Program 18-2 July 31, 2018, on Camp YMA, Yausubetsu Maneuver Area, Hokkaido, Japan. ARTP 18-2 is a routine training exercise that allows Marines with 3rd Battalion, 12th Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division, based out of Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, to conduct live-fire training in Japan.
