Lt. Gen. (Ret.) Winton “Bones” Marshall was an F-86 Sabre pilot and commander of the 335th Fighter Squadron, Korea, from 1951-1952. After the war, the Air Force officially confirmed 6 ½ aerial victories for Gen. Marshall. The 94-year-old retired general recently moved to Hyannis from Hawaii to be closer to his family.
