Germaiani poured a local farmer's raw goat milk into a milk pasteurizing machine at the micro-dairy near Kirkuk. Once pasteurized, the milk is turned into yogurt then transferred to a filling machine where it's placed into sealed containers. The yogurt is then stored in a refrigerator until distributed to the local markets in the city of Kirkuk.
