Members from the 2nd Aero Medical Squadron place the wounded patient on their appropriate stanchions inside the C-130. At the request of the United Nations, aircraft from Rhein-Main AB, Germany, and the International Red Cross were sent in to airlift the wounded to Ramstein AB, Germany. Once at Ramstein the wounded were transported by medical bus to the Army Regional Medical Center in Landstuhl
