Members of a Joint Honor Guard consisting of Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and Marines, prepare to perform a flag folding ceremony during a memorial service hosted by the Missing in America (MIA) Project at the Willamette National Cemetery in Happy Valley, Oregon, on Aug. 29, 2018. The purpose of the MIA Project is to locate, identify and inter the unclaimed cremated remains of American veterans through the joint efforts of private, state and federal organizations.
