Members of a U.S. Coast Guard Law Enforcement Detachment (LEDET) boarding party depart from the guided missile destroyer USS WILLIAM V. PRATT (DDG-44) in a small boat to approach the Turkish freighter Rize K. The team will be conducting an inspection of the vessel, the first freighter approved by the United Nations to deliver humanitarian aid to Iraq.
