Missouri Governor Mike Parson, center, is briefed by local and state authorities about flooding in Northwest Missouri, at Rosecrans Air National Guard Base, in St. Joseph, Mo., March 15, 2019. The agencies present were the Missouri State Emergency Management Agency, Missouri Department of Public Safety, Missouri State Highway Patrol, Missouri Department of Transportation and the Missouri Air National Guard. Northwest Missouri has been experiencing flooding around parts of the Missouri River due to rapid snow melt and heavy rainfall.
