Mongolia, hosting NOLES for the third time in 12 years, invited more than 150 personnel from the Mongolian Armed Forces and Mongolian General Police to participate in the exercise. Massalski, a non-lethal weapons instructor with 3rd LE Battalion, is from Townsend, Mass. Ostic, an assistant instructor with 3rd LE Battalion, is from Fort Collins, Colo.
