150618-N-CS762-224 NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (June 18, 2015) - Reserve component Sailors Boatswain's Mate 1st Class Matthew Oiln, from Fayetteville, N.C., and Electrician's Mate 1st Class Jennifer Williams, from Germantown, Md., relay hand signals across the deck during unit level training (ULT) for shipboard cargo handling aboard the USNS Watson (T-AKR 310). The second of two ULT's conducted by Navy Expeditionary Logistics Support Group (NAVELSG), NAVELSG conducts training and assessments for each of its six reserve battalions prior to deployment.
