New Jersey Turnpike, N.J., Nov. 6, 2012 -- Fuel is an all time high demand after Hurricane Sandy caused power outages and disrupted supplies. Lines are finally beginning to ease as power is slowly restored to the area. FEMA is working with many partners including federal, state, local and tribal governments, voluntary, faith-based and community-based organizations, and the private sector to assist residents impacted by Hurricane Sandy.
