CHARLESTON, South Carolina (Oct. 2, 2002)--The Coast Guard supervised clean-up crews from Charleston Marine Services and Moran Environmental Recovery today as they used small boats, absorbent pads and containment booms along the Cooper River as part of the multi-agency response to an oil spill which was reported Monday morning.
