Petty Officer 1st Class Jay Norris, boatswain's mate, who is stationed aboard the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan, cheers on the University of Washington Huskies during the Bridgepoint Education Holiday Bowl held at Qualcomm stadium. Norris, who is a Washington native, had the honor of acting as honorary team captain for the Huskies. Qualcomm stadium hosted a multitude of servicemembers for the game between the Universities of Nebraska and Washington.
