Summary
Petty Officer 3rd Class Jack Ndaiga, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 74, takes a break at the Seabee camp in Sankuri, Kenya, April 22. NMCB 74 Seabees are drilling several water wells in the region as part of a Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa project to provide clean drinking water and strengthen ties between U.S. and Kenya.
