U.S. Air Force personnel with the 37th Airlift Squadron, Ramstein Air Base, Germany, prepare pallets of sacks of wheat flour in preparation for loading onto a U.S. Air Force C-130 Hercules aircraft which will fly into Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina on a relief mission. The three-year-old relief effort has been able to resume their relief missions after a five month hold due to aircraft receiving ground fire over Sarajevo.
