POINT PLEASANT, New Jersey (Feb. 29, 2004)--U.S. Coast Guard personnel from Activities New York, Group Moriches, Station Barnegat Light, Station New London, and Station Jones Beach, dive into the frigid 38 degree waters of the Atlantic at Pt.
