PUGET SOUND, Wash. (May 22, 2017) The Los Angeles-class fast-attack submarine USS Dallas (SSN 700) passes by Seattle en route to Naval Base Kitsap-Bremerton to commence its inactivation process. Dallas departed their homeport of Groton, Connecticut, for the last time, March 24, 2017 to make their way to Bremerton, Washington. During their transit, Dallas transited the Panama Canal and conducted port calls in Port Canaveral, Florida and San Diego, California.
