Sailors prepare to launch a rigid-hulled inflatable boat from the boat deck of the forward-deployed amphibious dock landing ship USS Tortuga (LSD 46) during an integrated man overboard drill with the Jacinto-class corvette ship BRP Emilio Jacinto (PS-35) as a part of exercise Balikatan 2013. Tortuga is part of the Bonhomme Richard Amphibious Ready Group, currently on deployment in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility, and is participating in the annual Republic of Philippines-U.S. military bilateral training exercise and humanitarian assistance engagement Balikatan 2013.
