PORTSMOUTH, Va. (Dec. 17)--The HH-60 Jayhawk helicopter from Air Station Elizabeth City, N.C., during the rescue of the Sea Breeze I. Two Coast Guard HH-60 helicopters and two C-130 Hercules aircraft rescued 34 crewmembers off the distressed 600-foot Panamanian-flagged passenger vessel Sea Breeze I after their vessel began taking on water and later sank approximately 290 nautical miles east of Cape Charles, Va.
