[Severe Storms and Tornadoes] Atlanta, GA, March 20, 2008 -- Members of a Federal Emergency Agency (FEMA) Technical Assistance Contract (TAC) team the city owned Butler Park. TAC teams are made up of FEMA staff and skilled engineers, architects, and other specialists to evaluate damage to urban structures. Atlanta is recovering from the affects of a severe tornado which swept through the city center. FEMA aid will assist the municipality in rebuilding through Public Assistance grants.
