Weldon Spring, Mo., June 5, 2013 -- A home struck by a tornado on the evening of May 31, 2013 tore away the living room wall and roof. FEMA and the State of Missouri are doing Preliminary Damage Assessments (PDA) in the areas hit by a tornado. PDA is a joint assessment used to determine the magnitude and impact of an event's damage.
