As a squad leader, Frokjer is responsible for giving his Marines the ADDRAC so that they understand where they are supposed to be shooting. Alpha Company conducted the range as part of their Enhanced Mojave Viper pre-deployment training package. Frokjer, 27, is from Maplewood, Minn.
