Sgt. Ezra Ifie (left), a survey team member and 2nd Lt. Steven Brouillet, a survey team leader, both with the 10th Civil Support Team (Weapons of Mass Destruction), Washington National Guard, take initial radiological measurements outside of St. John's Episcopal Church here, Jan. 21. Ifie and Brouillet were members of a team monitoring radiological measurements at the church located near the White House prior to and during the Inaugural Prayer. The 10th CST (WMD) was part of a multi-agency task force charged with monitoring hazardous contaminates during the Inauguration of President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden. (Photo by Spc.
